Small Business Standards (SBS) is a European non-profit association (aisbl) co-financed by the European Commission and the EFTA Member States. Within the European Standardisation System, Small Business Standards’ mission is to represent the interests of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the standardisation process, raise their awareness about standardisation and facilitate their uptake of standards and motivate them to engage in the standardisation process.

The association represents the interests of 14 million SMEs across Europe through 21 SME member organisations.
