Annick Roetynck
Annick Roetynck is the manager of LEVA-EU with decades of experience in two-wheeled and light electric mobility.
She has been working in the business since 1987 in various positions, among which secretary general of the European Twowheel Retailers’ Association (ETRA).
Her long career has allowed her to gather a unique insight into European rules and regulations for LEVs and to establish a very extensive network.
She has a master’s degree in political science.

Bram Rotthier
Bram Rotthier is LEVA-EU’s technical director and board member.
As a technical engineer, his objective within LEVA-EU is to build a bridge between members and technical regulations.
He is also active in standardization and in the Motorcycle Working Group.
Bram is Head of Department Energy Technology at Odisee University of Applied Sciences.

Harold Tor-Daenens
Harold Tor-Daenens is the Policy Director of LEVA-EU. With over two decades of experience in international and EU advocacy, Harold works to advance LEVA-EU’s position within the EU institutions. His previous experiences included the Head of Digital at GPLUS and Head of Communications at the Centre for European Policy Studies. Apart from assisting European companies and trade associations in the shipping and postal sectors, Harold also conducts lectures on tech regulations such as the AI Act and EU-level advocacy.
Harold holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris.

Eddie Eccleston
Eddie Eccleston is a board member of LEVA-EU who has also been appointed as an SBS-expert. In that position, he watches over the interests of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in CEN TC 333 Cycles.
He has a postgraduate degree in marketing.
Eddie is a cycling industry executive with profound knowledge of the (e)bike-sector, forged over 40 years of rich and varied experience.
He had the privilege of working for organisations across both start-ups and mature business models together with leading international players.

Ineke Meireleire
Ineke Meireleire is the Policy Officer for LEVA-EU. In this role she takes care of our member support and reporting.
Ineke is an expert in sales, marketing and customer service in B2B markets, both for the Belgian and European market, in the automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Willow Hu
Willow Hu has been working in the bicycle trade, and specifically with China, for a decade, with particular emphasis on marketing, communications and PR. She is an English & Philosophy graduate and a regular cycle commuter. She supports LEVA-EU in digital marketing.
Dennis Hu
Dennis Hu has been working internationally in the manufacturing, marketing and sales sectors of the bike business for over 10 years. He has a profound understanding of the trade.
He has a passion for improving the environment and making the world a better place. As a Chinese national who has lived in Europe for more than ten years, he commands outstanding insight on matters affecting the industry. Dennis is responsible for communication with Chinese manufacturers, brands and associations on behalf of LEVA-EU.
