QWIC further expands its sales team

The Dutch e-bike brand QWIC is off to a good start in 2022 with the arrival of four new Sales Representatives. Sven Meinen and Joep Reijs strengthen the team in the Netherlands and Jürgen Katzer and Sebastian Kolf are the new additions in Germany.

Sven Meinen

Sven Meinen will be Sales Representative for the middle and east of the Netherlands as of January 3rd. He is not unfamiliar with the bicycle industry, he previously worked for Trek and Mio Fietsnavigatie. Sven primarily focuses on maintaining and further assisting existing dealers. He is also looking for new dealers in areas where there is still room for growth. Sven: “The past 2 years have been a major challenge for the bicycle industry. I look forward to helping and supporting dealers to best work through the challenges currently facing the industry.”

Joep Reijs

Joep Reijs started on January 3rd as a Sales Representative in the east and south of the Netherlands. With over 25 years of experience in Sales, of which the past 13 years were with Berner Produkten, Joep brings a wealth of experience with him. In his spare time, Joep can regularly be found at Cycling Fun Michel van de Wetering, where he performs all kinds of services. This is also the place where he became acquainted with QWIC e-bikes and where his enthusiasm for QWIC originated.

Jürgen Katzer

Jürgen Katzer will start on January 17 as a Sales Representative in the south-west of Germany (Baden-Württemberg region). Jurgen brings 30 years of experience in Sales, specific to the bicycle industry since 2011. Jürgen will mainly focus on supporting the existing dealer network as well as the strategic expansion of the network in Southwest Germany. Jürgen: “Collaboration is particularly important when dealing with dealers, because only in an equal partnership we are strong and successful.”

Sebastian Kolf

Sebastian Kolf will start on January 17 as a Sales Representative in Central Germany. After studying Business Administration in Munich, he worked as a representative in the IT industry and later as a key account and project manager in engineering. At QWIC, Sebastian will contribute his experience from the other branches in a profitable way. His focus is on strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding new dealers in his region. Sebastian: “I am very happy to be part of this innovative, young and modern company. In an industry with sustainable growth opportunities, I would like to proudly represent the QWIC brand and its top products and thus inspire many people in the future.”
