MyStromer Den Bosch

From ‘s-Hertogenbosch we work intensively with our colleagues in Switzerland, where our Stromer Campus is continuously involved in development and assembly. Together with colleagues worldwide, we are working on the mobility of tomorrow! Our customers rely on their Stromer every day. If their bicycle needs maintenance or repairs, our Stromer retailers are ready, supported by our expert Retail Support teams. This is where you come into the picture. For our branch in ‘s Hertogenbosch we are looking for: 

Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer you are key to success by providing great service, guidance and support to our retailers. Your goal is to ensure that our retailers are able to help customers quickly and effectively, so that they can get back on the road with their Stromer. You provide the technical expertise and support our retailers need! 

What does your task package look like?

  • You support retailers in making diagnoses via tickets, telephone or email 
  • You answer various (complex) technical questions by using your expertise and knowledge that you have gained during various internal training courses. 
  • You frequently interact with our internal trainers to provide them with important input for the content of technical training for our retailers. 
  • You identify possible improvements in our products and discuss them with product development colleagues. 
  • You actively contribute to the optimization of our aftersales strategy by providing important input from your knowledge and expertise. 
  • You occasionally carry out checks and repairs on speed pedelecs in our own workshop. 
  • You now work together with other departments within Stromer Den Bosch & Switzerland. An example of this is the “Quality Management” department for the Benelux. 

What you bring:

To be successful in this role, you have completed technical training at a minimum MBO level, for example in automotive technology, electrical or electromechanics. Theoretical and practical knowledge of electric drives is a big plus.

You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about learning the technique of a Stromer down to the last detail. You also have a good command of both Dutch and English, you work in a structured and accurate manner and you have a positive and solution-oriented attitude. You enjoy working with others and are willing to help your colleagues when necessary.

Living within a commutable distance of ‘s-Hertogenbosch is a requirement.

Salary indication: €2,800 – €3,800 gross per month on a full-time basis.
