At QWIC we’re looking for an enthusiastic Tech Lead, who can lead the software team and is up for a challenge in a high paced organization! Are you the tech star who can lead us through rough scale-up times? As the Tech Lead you’re part of the digital team and will be in the lead of the software team!

Activities:

As our very own Tech Lead you will be leading the engineering side of a cross functional product development team within our Digital department. You will guide your team and work together with the Head of Digital (Ton) to be create the best tech team! Furthermore you:

• Are responsible for the technical direction of QWIC’s architecture and help educate others on what’s possible to do with given constraints;
• Will work with stakeholders to identify manual processes and ways to automate them;
• Help build out and execute on roadmap with the dev team and product owner;
• Lead by example, set and follow code standards via best practices;
• Mentor and develop skills of your team by guiding them within their career path.

Tech stack:

• B2B app that facilitates e-commerce responsibilities between dealers and QWIC;
• B2B app is built using React front-end, Serverless backend deployed to AWS;
• Salesforce is heavily used by internal teams as a CRM system;
• Microsoft NAV is our ERP system that manages everything related to supply chain, logistics, forecasting and order management.

Who are you?

At the moment you’re looking to grow into a role as Tech Lead or you have some experience as a Tech Lead already. Furthermore you have experience in:

• Building and maintaining event-driven architecture;
• Managing complex projects and setting right expectations with various stakeholders;
• Managing a team of developers with the ability to grow and develop the team;
• Experience using Typescript, Node and AWS;
• Working with CRM systems such as Salesforce;
• [Optional] Experience working in an e-commerce domain;
• [Optional] Experience working with serverless environment;
• You’re based in The Netherlands, or willing to relocate!
