CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to the PERS -a chainless pedaling system. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us as a System architect, you will integrate the PERS Kit development team, in order to translate product features into technical components and requirements. 

Your responsibilities :

• Break down the product into subsystems and components, by defining interfaces and technical functions required to implement the product’s features
• Define data flows between different components, mainly in CAN (Controller Area Network)
• Define the overall software operation in collaboration with the firmware team.
• In collaboration with the safety team, you take into account the system malfunction aspects to ensure safety and reliability
• You follow the system development and integration, and keep the architecture and requirements up to date in response to any potential issues
• You lead, summarize, and communicate architectural decisions with the involved teams

Your profile :

• You have an engineering degree in System Engineering, or equivalent
• You have already be in charge of the architect of a system
• You possess a general technical understanding of mechatronics, especially in areas such as brushless machines, embedded electronics, and CAN communication
• You can write requirements and document their traceability
• You are capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating exchanges
• You can communicate effectively, including in English.
