Activities:

We’re looking for a hands-on, practical and enthusiastic problem-solver that is eager to apply their knowledge in our scale-up environment. You will assist the Senior System Administrator and mainly work from Windows based systems, although there are a limited amount of Mac’s that will also be supported.

You will be learning how to configure end-user machines that connect to Azure AD along with user management. You’re comfortable working remotely to support users as well as in the office. This can include advise over messages, phone support and remote support sessions.

In detail you’ll be helping us and learning in the following tasks:

• Resolving tickets in our ticketing system;
• Supporting end-users on a daily basis with practical questions, i.e. about their computer set-up, print-settings etc.
• Configuring Machines and on/offboarding users;
• Assisting in senior technical issues;
• Maintenance of systems and helping in keeping our documentation up-to-date;
• Help us managing our IT-assets.

Who are you?

You’re in the end-phase of a practical (MBO or HBO) IT-study and looking to gain practical experience to add relevant work experience to your resume. You’re looking for a place to help for at least 3 days a week. You know when to ask for help and when to try for your own.

Furthermore:

• Studying in a relevant IT-direction;
• A good knowledge and understanding of IT systems;
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10, Office Suite and Office365
• You are hands-on, proactive and a team player;
• You have your own ideas and love to take initiative to engage them into reality;
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
