We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Demand Planner to help us redefine how we manage our spare bike parts planning worldwide. You’ll bring your unique supply chain expertise and analytical mindset to the e-mobility game to guide us through our ongoing growth spurt. This is your chance to become part of our ever-growing international Operations team, and help shape our future supply chain.

As a Supply & Demand Planner (US & JP), you’ll help to make sure that all bike parts are readily available in our warehouses in the US and Japan. You’ll coordinate with Service Operations on forecasts, local fulfilment teams on inventory, work with our team in Taipei to make sure that production is always aligned with our needs, and support all teams through issue resolution when supply does not meet demand.

We’ll also expect you to help discover and lead improvement opportunities across the supply chain, and you’ll play an integral role in setting up the operation for scale as we expand our presence in both regions, along with our portfolio of bike parts. As this role is based in Amsterdam, but works closely with regions in other time zones, the flexibility to shift working hours into the evening 1-2 times a week is required.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll manage the supply and demand planning of spare parts for the US and Japan.
• You’ll build and maintain longer term forecasts for stock, demand, and shipments.
• You’ll coordinate with our local Operations managers based in the US and Japan, and with our office in Taipei.
• You’ll phase in new bike parts as we expand our portfolio.
• You’ll make sure that parts are available for all our repair channels.
• You’ll create and monitor KPIs.
• You’ll take our supply chain to the next level.

What You’ll Bring

• You have between one and four years of supply chain and planning experience.
• You’re data driven and you have an analytical mindset.
• You have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• You have a passion for improving processes, and will create and implement innovative solutions to streamline our way of working.
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• You have experience working with ERP systems.

Extremely Nice To Have

• A degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Strong SQL skills
