About the role

Cake 0 Emission AB develops uncompromising high performance electric motorbikes. Our mission is to speed up the journey towards a zero emission society, while enhancing excitement and fun.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who can help us build the needed structures and manage our global planning related to sales forecasting, production forecasting and ordering, and purchasing planning and ordering. You have worked with global planning in previous roles and are experienced in ERP systems. You are both strategic and hands-on at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process from sales forecast, to production forecasting and ordering, to purchase planning and ordering in our ERP system
• Develop, execute and maintain tools and work procedures for continuously improved planning and execution, e.g.
• Sales forecasting based on market inputs and sales trend analysis
• Production and capacity planning and management
• Safety stock calculations and purchase order management
• Ensure that master data related to Operations (articles, purchase info, product structures, etc.) is updated in our ERP system for our different regional warehouse and assembly plants
• Set up process for and manage product costing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience with master planning, production preparation, material planning, etc.
• Experience from working with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehousing in ERP systems is mandatory
• Experience from working specifically with Microsoft NAV/Business Central is a big plus
• Fluent in English, in writing and speaking. Swedish and other languages are a plus
