Our team is growing and we are in need of an Supply Chain Analyst who can develop and improve our global material planning processes, and to gradually establish an analysis framework for us to improve within our supply chain. About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who can help us build the needed structures and manage our global planning related to sales forecasting, production forecasting and ordering, as well as purchasing planning and ordering. As a second step, once the global material planning model and processes are fine-tuned, we want to establish an analysis framework for inventory and delivery management to help us prioritise and improve.

This is a new role at CAKE. You will report to our COO and be based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your work will be twofold, include and is not limited to

Planning

• Managing the entire process from sales forecast based on market inputs and sales trend analysis; from production forecasting and ordering, to purchase planning and ordering in our ERP system
• Develop, execute and maintain tools and work procedures for continuously improved planning and execution
• Production and capacity planning and management
• Safety stock calculations and purchase order management
• Ensure that master data related to Operations (articles, purchase info, product structures, etc.) is updated in our ERP system for our different regional warehouse and assembly plants

Analysis

• Establish an analysis framework for our global inventory and delivery management, covering such as
• Supplier delivery precision
• Lead-times and material flows
• Purchase quantities
• Inventory turnovers and aging profiles
• Payment terms and working capital impacts
• Set up process for and manage product cost analysis

Qualifications

• Work experience with master planning, production preparation, and material planning, preferably global planning
• Experience from working with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehousing in ERP systems is mandatory
• Experience from working specifically with Microsoft NAV/Business Central is a big plus
• You are experienced and comfortable working both strategic and hands-on at the same time
