Purpose And Objectives

• Be a true leader to a large and diverse team of field technicians (for scooters reparation),patrollers (in charge of scooters use optimisation inside the city) and/or drivers.
• Organize scheduling, attendance, and general administration of your operations team.
• Work hand in hand with HQ in Amsterdam to translate your ideas into product changes, that’ll allow you to better serve your city.
• Maximize efficiency of fleet management &logistics by ensuring deployment, pickup and costs of Dott scooters are optimized.
• Own maintenance and operations cost, as well as processes. Maximise the time scooters and bikes are available to users / number of trips.
• Develops and drives reentry strategies for backlog contingency plans
  

Primary Duties And Responsabilities

• Hire and manage warehouse and maintenance staff.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse and maintenance staff via KPIs.
• Optimize repair processes in order to increase the availability of the vehicles on the street and reduce costs.
• Organize and manage the flow of the workplace and optimize day-to-day activitiesin the warehouse.
• Overseeing operations in the warehouse from facilities and vehicle upkeep to work place safety.
• Monitoring the inbound and outbound inventory transfers and logistics.
• Ensure the use of the tools made available to the company for tracking activities in WHMaintain accurate communication with external stakeholders and carry out final decision making processes.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of projects and decisions that will impact the business.
• The employee could be asked to perform other tasks related to his skills and competencies
