We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment for Technology & Product team and to some extend, Business functions. Along with hiring objectives, you will also own workforce planning, recruitment related tools/contracts, internal processes and scalable projects to attract talents and give them an amazing candidate experience with Dott.

Who is the People Team at Dott? We are 15 people from 7 different nationalities led by Merlyn Bijnsdorp (Chief People Officer) based in our HQ in Amsterdam and in our operating markets in Paris, Milan, Warsaw, Cologne and Malaga.

What You’ll Do

  • Full cycle recruitment process from job calibration with the manager, phone screenings, interview process coordination, driving hiring decision-making and closing
  • Take full ownership of the Talent Acquisition function with a key focus on Technology, Product and to some extent, other Business functions
  • Responsible for recruitment related tooling, contracts, internal mobility, recruitment policies…
  • Process improvement: incorporating competencies into recruitment process and implementing into ATS
  • Education & coaching: manage relationship with hiring manager and interviewers and educate them on interviewing best practices, streamlining processes, ensuring an amazing candidate experience and make the best hiring decisions

  • Sourcing: Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets
  • Collaborate with People Generalists in various markets and People Operations Specialists

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years experience sourcing and hiring in software/hardware engineering, data and product teams
  • Experience with workforce planning and TA related internal processes is preferred
  • Hands-on and ability to work autonomously
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high-impact tasks
  • Effective communication skills: practice active listening and communicates in an inclusive and professional manner
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationship
