Tasks

You make sure everyone within QWIC has a seamless and automated IT-support. You make sure the support team is structured and is making the right steps to improve.

  • Team – Be the senior and take the lead in a small IT support team consisting of IT support and cloud engineering;
  • Coach and support team members;
  • IT Support – Deliver 2nd line IT support to our employees working form the offices, home or abroad;
  • IT support function – Define, review and optimize IT support operations processes – for example laptop imaging, onboarding and off boarding processes, monitor user accounts for business applications;
  • OKR’s – Responsible for IT related OKR’s. Define your team objectives and key results. Make them actionable and relevant;
  • Self-service – Transform IT support to a self-service function;
  • GDPR – Acting privacy officer, accountable for the GDPR implementation – for example: Responsible for the data register, follow up GDPR related requests like RTBF, implement and execute cleanup and anonymization of data;
  • Cloud infra – responsible for our cloud environments running on AWS and Azure;
  • Financial: budget, cost and forecast;
  • Security: our cloud environments are secure and well managed;
  • Vendor management. Responsible for IT support operations related software and hardware vendors.

Who are you?

You currently have a senior position in a IT support operations team and have the experience to improve our IT support operations processes. You are hands-on and willing to work side-by-side with the team.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in IT support operations between 3-5 years;
  • Self starter, take ownership, not afraid to make changes the company benefits from;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 suite;
  • Solid knowledge of industry standard tooling and processes;
  • Solid knowledge of IT equipment / hardware;
  • Living in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch;
  • Ambition to lead a small team.
