We’re obsessed with cities and we’ve made it our mission to get the next billion on bikes. Therefore, we’re looking for Sales Associates that will become the face of the company and give our riders an unforgettable experience in the store.

What you’ll do:

• Inform and assist customers in our Hub.
• Ready to occasionally grab tools and help with basic issues on the bikes.
• Support our customers directly in the store – face to face, you are VanMoof.
• Keep our brand store looking good, and pitch ideas to make it even better for our customers.
• Be our customers’ biggest advocate, flagging any issues that might get in the way of their VanMoof experience.

What you’ll bring:

• You are available 32/40 hours per week.
• You have a passion for bikes and you can’t wait to share it with your team and our riders.
• You’re willing to become a walking encyclopedia of all things VanMoof, so you can answer any and every question that comes your way.
• You speak fluent English & proficient in the Dutch language.
• You’ve got great communication skills (bonus points for languages other than English).
