CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us as a Risk Engineer, you will help to perform the studies enabling us to build safe products for our users, in collaboration with all our R&D teams ; and you will deal with cybersecurity issues which are becoming increasingly prevalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out studies to assess the risks associated with our vehicles: HARA, FMEA, etc.
• Help to define the product safety goals
• At system level, in collaboration with the architects, define the functional safety concepts and associated safety requirements.
• At the level of mechanical, electronic and software development, support and accompany the teams in the definition and verification of the safety requirements and make dedicated safety analysis (FMEA, FTA..)
• Carry out studies to assess the cybersecurity risks associated with our

Qualifications

• You have a generalist engineering Master’s degree or equivalent
• You like to understand how complex systems work
• You are rigorous and possess good organizational skills
• You are proficient in English
• Preferably, you are comfortable with functional/dysfunctional analysis, preliminary risk analysis, FMEA, fault trees, and operational availability calculations
• Being familiar with ISO 26262 and/or ISO12100 would be a plus
