We are looking for an Iberia Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the OEM, distributor Iberia Sales in alignment with business objectives
  • Customer landscape setup
  • Be the link between OEM, distributors and Service and Quality team
  • Market inteligence: Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Contracts management
  • Budgetting control

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding of the sport business, e-mobility would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • English C1
  • Fluent in Spanish
