We are looking for an Iberia Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the OEM, distributor Iberia Sales in alignment with business objectives
- Customer landscape setup
- Be the link between OEM, distributors and Service and Quality team
- Market inteligence: Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Contracts management
- Budgetting control
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Understanding of the sport business, e-mobility would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- English C1
- Fluent in Spanish
