Recruiting Operations Coordinator VanMoof – Amsterdam (NL)

We’re a global team of ten Recruiters hiring for positions across our Amsterdam HQ, R&D, and Retail & Operations.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to form the vital link between our Retail & Service teams and our candidates. You’ll report directly to the Head of Recruitment. With five Brand Stores worldwide and many more service locations, you’ll be the central point of contact for all our hiring initiatives. You’ll make sure that our Location Managers deliver on their hiring goals, and be their main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Our ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruitment, and in setting up scalable hiring processes. You value data and automation of processes, and you’re able to expertly prioritize and set goals.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll educate and onboard new Hiring Managers.
- You’ll advise our Store Managers during the initial selection process and hold them accountable to keep the pipeline moving.
- You’ll provide the best candidate experience by making sure that our application tracking system (ATS) is up-to-date and all candidates are being contacted in a timely manner.
- You’ll help with planning interviews and setting up the automation logic in Fountain, our ATS.
- You’ll run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to keep everybody up to date on our hiring progress.
- You’ll partner with agencies to provide ad-hoc and immediate candidates.
- You’ll research, test, and determine the top performing global and regional job boards.
- You’ll help with creating relevant job content on social media (where we find most of our applicants).
- You’ll attend and coordinate the logistics of internal recruitment events, training, and external events (e.g. career fairs).
- You’ll develop and maintain a recruitment knowledge base.
What you’ll bring:
- You have experience in an administrative and/or coordination position. You thoroughly enjoy it when things move fluidly.
- You have a D.R.Y mindset (Don’t Repeat Yourself). When processes get repetitive, you find a way to automate them.
- You have working experience with G-suite, you know your way around Google Sheets, and understand how to navigate the Google Drive.
- You have strong organizational skills and are able to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- You have an eye for detail meaning you can present and report accurate data.
- You’re eager to learn more about recruitment and candidate management. Bonus points for previous recruitment experience.
- You have a customer-centric mindset and take pleasure in supporting your hiring managers and candidates.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Extremely nice to have:
- Experience with our two ATSs: Fountain & Ashby
- Experience working with modern tooling like Airtable, Zapier, Notion, etc.
