Podbike provides disruptive vehicles with minimum environmental impact, attracting citizens worldwide into sustainable personal transport.

We are currently a team located in Stavanger/ Norway and the team consists of experienced engineers and creative enthusiasts supported by business-oriented persons. The Podbike® FRIKAR® e-bike has been developed with the aim of bridging the gaps between cars and bikes by combining the comfort and safety of a car and the benefits of cycling.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Subject matter expert and process owner for planning, logistics and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies and processes to meet targets for availability, service level and inventory.
  • Develop and implement inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure a cost efficient logistics operation.
  • Set up and manage 3PL /4PL.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to ensure an efficient and compliant end to end logistics process.
  • Analyze and report on performance, build reporting tools to continuously monitor performance.

Background

  • BSc within Supply Chain og Logistics
  • 3+ years experience within supply chain, logistics, planning, import/export etc.
  • Deep understanding of modern and sustainable demand- and supply-chains.
  • Experience with lean and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency within MS Office, Excel, ERP and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, other European languages a plus.
  • Strong team player with a drive and desire to make a difference.
  • Able to handle operational tasks and challenges as well as work on a strategic level.
