As our People Partner for France; you will of course be supporting the French market. You will be supporting senior leaders and middle line managers across different functions as well as managing the People & Office coordinator in France.

You will ensure all administration and operational employee support matters are well organized and executed and are experienced and comfortable with managing any legal employment matters with little support. Overall enabling our line managers to perform at their best through communicating, listening, analyzing and problem solving on all topics related to their teams. You will be working collaboratively across the full people team to contribute to an amazing Dott employee experience.

There is plenty of room to grow and also involvement in key people team projects can become part of your professional and personal development journey. You’ll report directly to the Director of People Partnering, Markets.

What You Will Do

  • 💡People partner to line managers💡
  • Weekly catch-ups and 1:1s for people consulting matters
  • Support on disciplinary issues inside the ground team
  • Consulting and training on all people programs applicable to the ground team in the market or the line managers
  • Making sure the company follows all compliant employee local regulations
  • Contact and relationship with the workers council
  • Creation and implementation of new policies as neededLeading people programs contribution to the impact of these in the teams
  • 🛬 Onboarding 🛬
  • Contract creation and issuing, making sure all is compliant with the market and that the employee is ready to use all our internal tools
  • Activation of local employee benefits administration

  • Making sure that all systems are updated on employee day to day matters as sick leaves, promotions, changes in reporting lines, …
  • Support international employees with their VISA applications
  • 💰Payroll 💰
  • Payroll administration, monthly reporting and contact with the payroll provider and internal cross-functional departments as finance
  • Monthly administration of the local employee benefits

  • Data analysis and tracking of relevant metrics for the departments and the market
  • Implement and train managers and employees on existing programs like performance management, benchmarking etc.

What You’ll Need

  • Min. 4 years experience in human resources or equivalent roles
  • In depth knowledge of the French employment law and 2+ years hands on experience dealing with any type of legal employment matters
  • Hands-on, great communication skills, excellent problem solving
  • Preference will be given to candidates with management experience
  • French native, English proficiency
