Operations Manager | Nuneaton | Full Time | £35,000-£45,000Eskuta is the market-leading electric bike brand, with more eCargo bikes working in last-mile delivery than any other manufacturer. In this role, you will help implement a range of controls for the business operation to ensure streamlined processes are implemented and adhered to, improving operational procedures, quality control, analysing and improving organisational processes. You will work with and report to the Managing Director.What can Eskuta give to you?

  • Demonstrable experience in an operational management capacity
  • Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel knowledge, good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
  • Facilities management experience desirable
  • Excellent people management skills

What will your role as an Operations Manager look like?

  • To help implement a range a controls and reporting procedures for the main departments within the business.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the overall operations of the organisation, to improve processes and implement key reporting procedures.
  • Working alongside the Managing Director you will be accountable for day to day decisions and for setting clear objectives for the operations team.
  • To have a clear understanding of the targets and KPI’s of the business.
  • Driving high standards of work and continuous improvement in process and quality of operations
  • Develop the team by communicating, enabling problem solving, instilling confidence, delegating responsibility and implementing stringent reporting processes.
  • Take lead role in, coaching and developing the workforce ensuring quality, health and safety standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation
  • Management of the business unit processes and procedures to achieve right first time and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage costs and improve efficiency to increase business performance and profitability.
  • Performing financial predictions by preparing the annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance and initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Making sure that all employees fill out the required legal documents.
