We reached our in-house sustainability target of 100% renewable energy, and ensure equitability in our communities through collaborating with city charities, officials and safety boards.

What You Will Do

• Help us to develop, improve and optimise processes.
• Monitoring and follow daily KPI’s to manage the operations, and work continuously on improving those.
• Work on strategic partnerships to increase revenues.
• Analyse demand patterns and user behavior.
• Support on recruitment, formation and management of our local teams.
• Be in touch with other operating local teams.
• Oversee operations in the warehouse from facilities and vehicle upkeep to workplace safety.
• Have an overview of the inventory and logistics.
• Own special projects.

What You Will Need

• You speak fluent Spanish and English.
• A great mix between “ground-work” and analytics skills.
• Initiative spirit, with a capacity to innovate.
• A results-oriented culture and a tireless determination.
