VanMoof is looking for an ultra-bright analyst who’s ready to take the next step in their career and become a data superstar in our operations team. You’ll be responsible for providing data-driven insights and understanding the inner workings of our operation. Are you excited about working with data and don’t shy away from new challenges? As an Operations Data Analyst, you’ll create clear and effective analyses via dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc cases. You’ll support the Operations team in all relevant projects and aid data-driven decision-making. As the Operations team affects all aspects of the organization, it’s vital to transform the information we work with into easily digestible resources for teams and management to rely on. The insight gathered from your work will be shared with Amsterdam-based teams including customer support, retail, digital, and finance, as well as international team members in Taiwan and the USA – so your communication skills need to be on point.

You’ll report to the Global Operations Planning and Analytics Lead and work closely with the other members of the Ops team. You will help keep the operations ship on course and surface new opportunities by identifying areas of improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheet skills
• High-quality visual presentation skills
• Experience with creating and monitoring KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
• BI experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal – Dutch is a bonus
