BAFANG is currently recruiting for Office Assistants to help promote the business in Europe.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reception work, can lead customers to visit and introduce the company when necessary

2. Responsible for front desk phone transfer, fax sending and receiving, document copying, etc.

3. Responsible for the sorting, typesetting and entry of various documents

4. Assist in the recording of attendance, leave and other matters of local employees in the office

5. Review accounts receivable and daily collection according to the contract, and issue invoices to customers

6. Entry, sorting and filing of accounting vouchers; making accounting statements, data statistics and reporting

7. Responsible for the review of employee reimbursement, the preparation and entry of vouchers

Requirements:

1. Native country language, plus fluent in English, in order to meet the requirements of daily work

2. Finance or accounting skills preferred; office software operation essential

3. Open and tolerant to Chinese culture and management
