Mobile eBike Technician | Covering the Midlands| Monday to Friday, 9 am- 5 pm + Overtime| OTE £20,000 – £25,000 |Company bonus scheme (after probation period) Approx. £1.5 – £3K P.AEskuta is the market-leading electric bike brand, with more eCargo bikes working in last-mile delivery than any other manufacturer. In this role, you will support both service and maintenance requirements for our customers in and around the Midlands. You will have an interest in cycles and motorcycles. You may to date have experience in DIY mechanics and have an interest in all things automotive. Full training will be given, so no previous mechanical experience is essential. Working at our customers’ premises you will use your initiative, technical skills, and fantastic customer service skills to problem-solve at the moment, and not only meet – but exceed customers’ expectations. Your day begins at our Hub, where you’ll pick up the van, stock, and tools you’ll need for the day. Driving to your customer’s premises you’ll carry out servicing and repair work on our eBikes. • Full U.K driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• A proactive approach, capable of problem-solving technical issues to a high standard Confidence in using technology, as you will use different Apps on a tablet to take pictures and manage workflow
• An understanding of the importance of Health and Safety compliance in the workplace
• Polite and confident in front of customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confidence in using phone-based Apps
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be a team player

What will your role as a Mobile eBike Technician look like?

• You’ll be responsible for the safe keeping – and safe driver standards – of the Eskuta Mobile Expert van and all equipment
• Delivering fantastic customer service face to face and over the phone
• Communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
• Working as a team, as well as on your own initiative, to achieve individual and team targets
• The role will include extensive travel to customers and may require overtime and potential overnight stays
