• £3K P.A Our client is the market-leading electric bike brand, with more eCargo bikes working in last-mile delivery than any other manufacturer.

In this role, you will support both service and maintenance requirements for our customers in and around the Midlands.

You will have an interest in cycles and motorcycles. You may to date have experience in DIY mechanics and have an interest in all things automotive. Full training will be given, so previous mechanical experience is not essential.

Working at customers premises you will use your initiative, technical skills, and fantastic customer service skills to problem-solve at the moment, and not only meet but exceed customers expectations. Your day begins at the Hub, where you will pick up the van, stock, and tools you will need for the day.

Driving to your customer s premises you will carry out servicing and repair work on eBikes.Please note that due to insurance purposes, all candidates must be born in or before 1997.Are you the right person for us? Full U.K driving Licence with no points A proactive approach, capable of problem-solving technical issues to a high standard Confidence in using technology, as you will use different Apps on a tablet to take pictures and manage workflow An understanding of the importance of Health and Safety compliance in the workplace Polite and confident in front of customers Excellent verbal communication skills Confidence in using phone-based Apps Ability to multitask Excellent attention to detail Be a team player You must have a clean driving license What will your role as a Mobile E-Bike Mechanic look like?
