As Operations Manager, your job is to ensure the professionalization that is necessary for further growth. You will be the right hand of the CEO who will support and advise you on four core aspects (such as sales, production, purchasing and finance).

After 1 year you will have achieved total control over operations at Santos, relieving the CEO of other projects. You have implemented improvement proposals for more efficient business operations in the core aspects mentioned. In this way you contribute to Santos Bikes’ growth ambition.

Santos Bikes is an independent Dutch bicycle brand with a passion for cycling, a great love for quality and an innovative R&D department. The company was founded in 1997 by cycling fanatic Robbert Rutgrink. The target? Building the best bike for every cyclist!
