What You Will Do

• Book transports in an effective manner (cheapest supplier, freight type, customs brokerage selection).
• Ensure the coordination between supplier, transporter and receiver, and track open shipments on a daily basis.
• Prepare, verify and store mandatory documents (packing lists, commercial invoices, bill of lading, import declaration, customs…) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Support customers and suppliers in case of issues or escalations.
• Track and verify invoices, and ensure full control of the logistics budget.
• Comply with performance KPIs defined for the role.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economic studies).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, distribution and/or logistics processes.
• Strong analytical skills (e.g. Excel, SQL etc.). and affinity towards data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
