General Description
As Junior Logistics Coordinator within the Logistics department, you are responsible for processing and controlling the customer demands and signaling possible difficulties as well as organizing the solutions for these challenges. You will make orders ready to send in consultation with our 3PL. You will be the point of contact for our customers and sales regarding questions about transport, documentation and orders.
You will also be responsible for the administrative processing of outgoing, direct and drop shipment orders (billing, specific documentation, etc.). You will have the ability to judge and rate which actions will and will not be executed, specifically special transport, etc.
Qualifications
- An HBO+ education in Logistics
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics
- Experience with ERP-systems (Exact Online has a pre)
- Experience with business-to-business communication
- You are analytically strong and resistant to stress
- Language skills (speaking, reading, writing): English, Dutch, Chinese will be a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Submit orders to our 3PL for delivery of our products throughout EMEA
- Pro-actively optimize the supply chain from order to delivery
- Signaling discrepancies in our order process and take action to solve these
- Linking pin between customer, sales, warehouse and factory.
- Responsible for the administrative process for outbound shipment orders
- Set up KPI performance
