As the author extraordinaire you will be mainly responsible for creating written content to elevate our brand across all customer journey touchpoints.

By identifying together with our content specialist the needs, opportunities & content relevancy across multiple communication channels and audiences, you can switch as a true multitasker from one tone of voice to another. Making sure that the right message gets reconstructed by your writing skills and thereafter received by the right audience is your main goal.

Which communication channels will you improve?

As our new literary artisan you will mainly focus on the following communication channels:

QWIC website (NL/BE)

You will make sure that the entire NL website is on brand and consistent across all landing pages. After receiving detailed content briefs, you can easily identify the benefits and content strategy behind each page: from unique brand storytelling to SEO efforts. Your short-term goal is to get to know qwic.nl by heart in order to create the most compelling written content experiences.

E-mail marketing (NL/BE newsletters: B2B & B2C)

Our QWIC newsletter subscribers are mostly valuable and engaged: These increasing audiences took the first step to get actively in touch with QWIC by subscribing. Together with our content specialist you will carefully analyze the multiple audiences and current content performance in order to create a well-thought-out content calendar. You make sure that each newsletter gets send out, enriched by text and visuals, to the right audience accordingly.

Social media marketing (NL & EN)

Facebook (NL/BE) & Instagram (Global account)

Based on the social media content calendar you will make sure that our social media channels carry out the right tone of voice and bring our brand to life towards various audiences. By monitoring each channel you ensure that all posts get scheduled & posted in time.

Social community moderator

Posting and making our brand visible on social media is one thing, additionally you have a solid understanding of the importance of two-way conversation. Therefore you keep a close eye on how our follower-base engages with our content. As our community moderator you reward brand love and make sure that complaints and service demands get followed up by our customer service.

Last but not least: A role as content creator support

At QWIC we want to visually stand out. With you as our junior content marketeer you are an added value during the organisation of photo & video shoots to strengthen and bring our brand to life through visual content.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor / master in Marketing & Communication
• You are Dutch native with excellent copywriting skills: You own the art of telling the most important in the least number of words.
• You are confident to communicate (and write) in English with colleagues and stakeholders.
• You understand the importance of writing consistently in one tone of voice that fits our brand and engages audiences.
• You have a creative mindset with a strong hands on focus: Delivering your responsibilities in time is important for you.
• You are digital native and feel excited about monitoring our main social media channels.
• Being comfortable working with graphic design tools such as Sketch / Lunacy / Adobe Premiere or Photoshop is a plus.
