HR Business Partner

Tasks and Job Duties:

• Responsibility for all HR-relevant processes from recruitment to departure in the assigned departments.
• Advising managers and employees on all personal issues
• Introduction of new employees and support for foreign employees on joining the company
• Co-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.
• Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
• Participation in HR-relevant projects

We expect:

• Commercial degree with further education in HR
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Reliable, proactive and independent way of working
• Excellent skills in English and German, French it’s a plus
• Knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage
