Ready to take the lead of one of VanMoof’s fastest-growing teams? Our B2B team is looking for a strong commercial leader to achieve scale and top-tier results. You’ll be the driving force behind growing our B2B segment and implement a process-oriented and data-driven way of working within the team.

As our Head of B2B, you’ll lead a commercial team of eight, expand the product implementation for our corporate subscription proposition, manage existing enterprise accounts, and define our B2B strategy.

Currently, we distinguish between partnerships with 3rd party lease companies and our in-house corporate subscription offering. You’ll be responsible for increasing the total contract value of our existing corporate subscription clients by increasing product adoption and renewals while keeping churn at a minimum. Next to that, you’ll work on growing our existing lease partnerships and adding strategic resellers to our channel mix.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll define and execute VanMoof’s B2B strategy with the aim of turning B2B into a high-growth part of VanMoof by generating recurring revenue through enterprise subscriptions, and scaling our existing lease partnerships.
  • You have experience in managing the P&L for a business unit.
  • You have the experience, skills, and mindset necessary to take our B2B channel to the next phase of growth.
  • You’ll manage the experience both online and offline of these companies and riders.
  • You’ll manage our existing corporate subscription accounts (Amazon, Google, and Apple to name a few) and help the team close new corporate subscription deals.
  • You’ll drive awareness and market presence of our bikes and corporate subscription offering.
  • You’ll manage the B2B team and take them to the next level by defining and communicating KPI’s/OKRs, coaching, and performance management for the talent on your team.
  • Together with the Head of Software, you’ll define and manage the product that’s needed to grow this channel to a large scale.
  • You’ll define marketing programs to promote this product in B2B and the Marketing team.
  • Together with the Head of Operations and head of Customer Service, you’ll make sure we deliver excellent service to our corporate riders.

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a proven strategic experience and sales success over the past ten years in an enterprise or B2B role.
  • You have experience in selling consumer electronics to businesses.
  • You’re able to formulate and drive a B2B strategy.
  • You have strong leadership skills.
  • You can define and communicate OKRs.
  • You’re experienced and skilled at talent coaching and performance management.
  • You’re able to build strong relationships and trust within enterprise accounts at a leadership level and can remove blockers to get the deal done.
  • You can quickly develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs and translate this into great solutions for our (potential) clients.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and a great problem solver. Managing internal stakeholders is second nature to you, and you’re not afraid to get stuck in to get things done.
  • You have a data-driven approach and consistently search for ways to optimize processes, ensuring maximum scalability.
