Activities

The Customer Operations department is a vital part of our organization. Within the team you will have a significant impact on both QWIC and the customer. The team creates a world-class customer experience by providing professional inside sales through knowledgeable and passionate customer engagement!

Amongst your tasks will be:

• You are the first point of contact for our dealers;
• You will contribute to the further professionalization of our company by working on improvement projects that have a noticeable impact on our customers;
• You will ensure that our dealers receive excellent service in answering their questions and that they hang up with a smile after each telephone call;
• Administrative credit management tasks. These involve, keeping an eye on due dates of invoices, administrating credit notes and correcting invoices if needed.

Who are we looking for?

Customer centricity to us means finding a customized solution for every dealer. We do not work with one-size fits all approaches, which make this a challenging role with a lot of variety in your day to day life. With your positive attitude, you guarantee a smooth process flow regarding the ordering process, delivery questions, etc. You know how to approach difficult situations and how to use your communication skills to make each customer feel supported. Your creative and solution-oriented mind helps you come up with the best solution for the customer. Besides, you are also a hands-on team-player who is very flexible because no day will be the same.

Furthermore:

• You have experience in customer service or customer facing role;
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
• You are available to work in Amsterdam;
• You have a self-sufficient way of working and are not afraid to step up;
• You enjoy finding alternative & outside of the box solutions;
• You have good decision-making instincts and gain energy from solving complex issues;
• You are comfortable with prioritizing tasks when the workload is high;
• You know how to manage your time efficiently;
• You know who you are and what you need to strive in a fast paced and changing environment.
