Job Summary

Primary relationship manager with one of Bird’s key customers, the Fleet Manager. Responsible for onboarding, building Bird knowledge, and developing a strong relationship with your Fleet Managers by acting as their business coach, helping the Fleet Manager maintain city regulatory compliance while driving top line revenue and bottom line profits to their business. This role is the internal advocate for the Fleet Manager, collecting FM feedback to ensure we’re building the right processes and products to enable FM success.

This position can be located in Sweden or Finland.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Onboard new partners, ensuring we are reducing the time from new partners being signed and earning revenue
  • Training: Guide your partners through our training program ensuring they are aware of all of our best practices and learnings
  • Relationship Management: Be the trusted consultant to fleet management partners providing best in class customer success and preventing churn
  • Troubleshooting: Perform ad hoc troubleshooting, gather feedback and analyse data to solve problems
  • Bird Partner Representative: Represent your Fleet Managers within Bird, ensuring we are building products and processes that will set your partners up for success
  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance reporting and agreed action plans for your partners
  • FM Communication: Use Salesforce and CRM systems to communicate and track actions and data for all Fleet Management partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 yrs in Account Management, Consulting, Operations or Customer Service
  • 1+ year of account management / customer facing experience
  • 1+ year of experience with complex processes environment / process improvement
  • Experience with advanced excel / g-suite. SQL nice to have
  • 1+ year working in an operational/ asset heavy business.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and collaborate in cross functional partners and activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Swedish (Finnish is a plus)
  • 10-20% domestic travel
