We are seeking a full-time European E-Com Merchandising Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Utrecht as a maternity cover. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, read on.

The European eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator will work directly with our E-Commerce Operations Coordinator and report to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will assist in creating the annual e-com roadmap, strategy and optimization of our e-commerce merchandising activities on the RPB’s European website ( ). In this role you will drive global product launches for the European markets and align merchandising processes to our evolving business model. You will collaborate with the EU E-com Operations Coordinator for technical issues and challenges that relate to products and product launches on our website.

You will collaborate with the EU team, US team and closely with the EU eCommerce Coordinator, EU Campaign Manager, US eCommerce Merchandising Manager, Email Marketing Manager and Visual & Written Content Marketing team.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 3+ years of experience in eComm and marketing
  • Prior experience using qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing with the end goal being increasing the site’s conversion rate
  • Previous experience using A/B testing and continually measuring the performance of these conversion assets
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and processes
  • A background in merchandising product pages, work with creative team on photoshoots
  • Staying up to date on software or data trends
  • Ability to keep up with current knowledge of online trends
  • Great project management skills
  • Clear communicator ( in English)
  • Bias toward action

Additional Requirements:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Shopify or similar CMS
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Impeccable oral & written communication skills (English + 1 European language)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products and Google Suite,

  • Previous experience working with a DTC brand
  • Previous experience with bikes or ebikes
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
