About the role

We’re looking for a City Operations Associate to join Boris, our General Manager Germany, in making sure operations on the ground are flawless, and that our users get the best Vässla experience ever 🌟

Your day to day fun

• assembly, maintenance and delivery/pick up of vehicles
• make sure deliveries are on time
• vehicles state of the art
• spare parts management
• visiting our customers, both B2C and B2B.

What you bring with you

We believe that you

• have a technical understanding, preferably of bikes, E Bikes and/or scooters.
• are fluent/have full professional proficiency in German and/or English.
• preferably have a valid European drivers license.
• preferably are a mobility enthusiast.

As you will be a part of a small local team, we need you to be comfortable in being hands-on and constantly thinking out of the box to solve problems. Further, we think that you are not waiting around for others to tell you what to do, rather, you are a self-starter. Lastly, as your role will be broad with a lot of things going on, we find it relevant for you to be organized.
