You will be part of Dott’s Central Operations team, which is responsible for enabling growth and supporting the local teams in all the countries in which Dott’s operates. You will be based in Paris and will be working on multiple cross-functional projects always aiming to drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• You will design, develop and optimise our operational processes by:
• Identifying areas of improvement through data analysis and field interviews
• Piloting and validating experiments by yourself
• Structuring the knowledge in a comprehensive way
• Scaling your approach to multiple markets
• Evaluating and sharing the results to the entire company
• Working on a lot of different projects touching all aspects of our operations like:
• Building training content for our internal teams in different countries
• Defining and building metrics to monitor the adoption of a specific process
• Piloting experiments like repairs on street, or Designing adapted tools and equipment to increase the efficiency ofIdentifying new needs for our internal products
• You will be in contact with multiple stakeholders:Ground teams (drivers, mechanics…) on a regular basis to build things that impact their daily work, also with HQ teams to have the support you need for your projects & Local Ops teams across Europe to build scalable tools and processes

What You’ll Need

• Great mix of hands on attitude and analytical skills
• Result oriented and flawless motivation
• Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure success
• Master level (engineering school, or university equivalent)
• Proficient English & French level
