The Central Operations team is looking for an intern with excellent presentation skills to scale the content available on Dott Academy, our training program to support Operations Excellence across our European ground teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design your content needs to build consistent trainings (scripts)
• Manage on-site video shooting from one of our parisian warehouses together with our ground teams (photo, video)
• Assembly videos to build best class standards that speak to all our markets and roles (presentation, video editing)
• Review our existing training data-base to improve presentations and enhance the quality of our trainings
• Build a knowledge management content library based on teams and training needs
• Support central operations projects as they arise

What You Will Need

• Very good presentation and rigorous organization skills
• Working autonomously
• A mix of an appetite for the field and communication skills
• English and French proficiency mandatory
• Proficiency in Powerpoint/GSlides
• Experience with a video edition software (iMovie, Clipchamp …) is a strong plus
