You Will Be Working Within The Commercial Team In Charge Of Demand Generation Strategy And Execution And Consisting Of 4 Pillars

  • Pricing & proposition: offer definition (PAYG, passes), improve unit economics performance (Net Booking / ride, Contribution Margin, etc.), implementation of pricing changes, commercial product roadmap and analytics
  • Marketing: Improve efficiency of marketing campaigns, definition of marketing calendar (budget, timing, etc.), definition of marketing processes and tools, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation and analytics
  • Fleet Planning: definition of fleet levels and allocation, model mix, fleet movements, positioning and availability strategy
  • Business performance: coordinating business performance tools, data, forums and governance across the company, target setting

You will be working closely across the organization with the Central and Local Operations teams and product with a global scope (all our 35+ cities).

What You’ll Do

  • Build a forecast model to better understand the impact of pricing decisions and taking into consideration key variables: seasonality, price sensitivity, fleet available;
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and improve our tools to draw trends, insights and actions
  • Improve existing dashboards and create new ones to deepen our understanding of pricing and commercial performance across our 35+ cities
  • Evaluate product opportunities to improve our commercial performance, including building business cases and monitoring impact
  • Design propositions based on customer lifecycle / journeys (anchor campaigns and offers, lifecycle stage go-to-market, customer segments etc.)

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field (i.e. Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics etc)
  • Some knowledge of SQL, strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • Motivation and proactivity
  • An appetite for data analysis and business strategy
  • A basic understanding of our businessFluent in English
