    Engineered for relentless terrain, the Shuttle LT delivers the kind of ride feel that defines Pivot’s long-travel pedigree, stable at speed, planted on climbs and incredibly composed when things get steep. Its 162mm, or 165mm, of dw-link® suspension translates every watt of input into efficient forward momentum while maintaining unmatched traction and control across roots, rock and blown-out descents. Bosch’s CX and CX-R drive units amplify that momentum with 750 watts of peak power and up to 400% assist with 100Nm of torque, giving riders the power to push deeper into big-mountain terrain without ever dulling the connection to the trail.

    For riders who live to fine-tune their setup, the Shuttle LT offers a suite of adjustable features that let you shape the bike to your terrain and style. Our all-new patent-pending Slacky McSteepTube™ adjustable seat angle design lets you choose your riding position for the location, type of terrain, or personal preferences. Run it at a properly steep 78 degrees to dominate the long grinds of Bellingham and the Swiss Alps or switch to a more neutral 76.5 degrees for the punchy ups, downs and unpredictable tech of places like Moab. Additionally, A geo flip-chip allows riders to adjust head angle and BB height as well as having the ability to optimize the bike for a 27.5” (stock) or 29” rear wheels. The Shuttle LT’s progressivity flip-chip gives the rider a choice between a linear or more progressive suspension feel. Combined with the Swinger dropout system, offering 8mm of chainstay adjustment and an MX wheel setup, the Shuttle LT delivers stable handling, dialed geometry and total confidence on every line.

    Builds are tuned for peak performance at every level. All builds feature Bosch’s 800Wh battery. The Ride build pairs Bosch’s Performance Line CX system with a Fox 38 Performance fork and Float X rear shock, giving riders confidence and control across long climbs and technical descents. The Pro build unleashes Fox’s all-new Performance Elite Podium inverted fork, combined with Bosch’s CX-R drive unit and a Performance Elite Float X shock to deliver instant steering response and relentless stability when the trail turns violent. At the top, the Team build runs the same Bosch CX-R system with the Factory-level Podium fork, Factory Float X2 shock, DT Swiss carbon wheels, and SRAM XX Transmission for the ultimate mix of stiffness, speed, and composure on the steepest, rowdiest terrain.

    LEVA-EU member Pivot Cycles is aiming to set a new benchmark for customer care and product support with the introduction of the Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty and Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program.

    These initiatives are designed to reflect Pivot’s commitment to delivering industry-leading performance and peace of mind for riders all over the world.  

    Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty 

    Effective for bikes sold on or after January 1, 2024, the Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty offers lifetime coverage on frames for the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, providing long-term confidence in every ride. 

    To qualify, bikes must be registered within 30 days of purchase or by April 1, 2025, whichever comes later. Bikes purchased and registered in 2024 are automatically enrolled for lifetime coverage. Bikes that are not registered will retain a 3-year frame warranty, but registration unlocks the full benefits of lifetime protection. 

    Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program 

    As part of Pivot Cycles’ dedication to durability and performance, they are offering lifetime replacement for frame linkage bearings. While Pivot’s precision-engineered bearings are designed to last, this program ensures riders are covered in the rare instance a replacement is needed. 

    The Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program is not a warranty. Customers are responsible for labor costs associated with bearing replacement; however, resources and guides for DIY replacement are available in the Pivot Pro Garage.

    LEVA-EU member, bicycle manufacturer Pivot Cycles (USA) introduces Andreas Knodel as its European Subsidiary leader

    Before entering the bicycle industry, managing director Andreas Knodel worked in management and personnel consulting for 18 years. Now, he leads Pivot Cycles’ European operations from its Korntal-Münchingen location. Knodel shares: “Mountain bikes play an important role in my life. It almost sounds like a cliché, but I turn my passion into my job. I rode a Pivot for the first time almost six years ago. A ‘switch blade’. [The brand’s] love for excellent driving performance and attention to detail impressed me. More bikes from the American brand followed and finally a bike trip to Moab, where I was able to get to know Chris Cocalis and his team personally. A friendship developed and when the opportunity arose to be part of this family, I jumped at it.”

    LEVA-EU member, Pivot Cycles, announces the promotion of Bryan Mason to the position of president.

    Mason will oversee all key departments and management team members in this role. Having joined the company in 2015 as a national sales manager, before seeing a promotion to global sales manager in 2019, Mason has a long history with, and an intimate understanding of, the brand.
    Mason shared: “I am excited about the opportunity to expand my role on the leadership team at Pivot Cycles. Chris has built a tremendous group of people who truly share a passion to create and deliver the best performing bikes on the market, and it’s a privilege to help lead that kind of dedicated team.”
