    Velo-city is an annual event organised by the European Cyclists’ Federation in cooperation with a different city every year. The ethos of the event is about more than going to a conference with an exhibition, it references joining a community of passionate people who are there to take action and make a difference.

    The event is now open for submission of abstracts, with applications closing on November 3rd 2023.

    The core theme for the event is Connecting Through Cycling, where participants are invited to share ideas, projects, data, stories, and initiatives in front of a global audience. Sub-themes for consideration include:

    Under the theme “Electric Waves to Future Mobility,” the organiser invites abstract submissions for
    the 37th International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition, being organized by KSAE on April 23-26, 2024 in the city of Seoul, Korea.

    The 37th International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS37) is seeking abstract submissions under the theme “Electric Waves to Future Mobility.” This event, organized by KSAE, will take place from April 23-26, 2024, in Seoul, Korea. Accepted abstracts will be featured in the EVS37 program, and full papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, selected papers may have the opportunity to be published in the World Electric Vehicle Journal (WEVJ), as recommended by the EVS37 technical committee. The publication fee for WEVJ will be covered by the EVS37 organizing committee. WEVJ is a reputable scholarly publication released quarterly online by MDPI, a well-respected publisher of peer-reviewed, open-access journals.
