Description:

CAKE is looking for a Sales Management Trainee to join us after summer. We are expanding in many directions all over the world and need a stellar addition to the CAKE Team. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our growth going forward, working closely with the Sales Management Team and, in parallel, being involved in the most important projects CAKE is driving right now.

We are curious to find a person who is results oriented, a doer, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop fast. As a Sales Management Trainee you will work with key projects of CAKE’s future growth and sales – build strategies and plans, execute and evaluate. We are very sure about one thing, that it is going to be an exciting journey ahead. Our ambitions are high, so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage.

In this role you will (among many things):

  • Work closely with and support the Sales Management Team
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Evaluate, analyze and drive critical projects
  • Support the team hands-on, including operational projects, working together with different departments, evaluating opportunities and supporting the international expansion.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have strong analytical and presentation skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
  • You have worked at a startup or other fast-paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup
