BAFANG is currently recruiting for After Sales Service Technicians to help promote the business in Europe.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively handle daily after-sales customer complaints, answer after-sales service calls and answer customer questions; handle customer complaints by mail, phone calls and door-to-door visits, and be responsible for simple assembling, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bikes. Maintain daily customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction

2. Assist Office Manager, to establish a complete after-sales service system in France, and establish a service plan with the Office Manager

3. Timely feedback of technical and quality problems encountered in the area to the quality department or R&D department, provide reference suggestions for customer complaints, and ensure continuous improvement of product quality

4. Training on common problems encountered by customers in the market and product usage problems

5. Responsible for the daily management and logistics of the after-sales warehouse

6. Submit monthly summary report to update work progress

Requirements:

1. Hardworking, strong learning ability, accepting of business trips to visit customers

2. E-bike Industry experience is preferred

3. Native country language, plus fluent in English, in order to meet the requirements of daily work

4. Professional background in mechanics or engineering preferred, with strong hands-on ability

5. Be open and inclusive to Chinese culture and management, accept the purpose of giving priority to benefits, agree with the company’s performance KPI method, and actively assist the company to improve the KPI plan and improve work efficiency

6. Have driving license
