Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress issues a range of open calls

Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress 2026 (TMWC26), which takes place from 3-5 November 2026 in Barcelona, has issued a range of open calls for participation, including stage panel sessions, side events, research paper submission, startups programme participation, and more.

Stage panel session proposals are invited where you can connect your expertise, breakthrough ideas and mobility projects to an audience of city leaders, industry pioneers and others helping to shape the urban mobility future. Successful proposals will be included as part of the official Congress programme, and will achieve prime visibility on one of the stages in the heart of the Exhibition Area. Stage session proposals must be submitted by 11 June.

Side events can enjoy the visibility of occurring during the official framework of TMWC26, yet taking place in a private, quiet location within one of the Conference Centers. Side event organisers can choose whether to make their sessions open to all TMWC26 attendees, or keep it exclusive for selected guests. Side event applications must be submitted by 11 June.

The Startups Program aims to support the new technology and innovative ideas that enhance urban living by addressing the most pressing mobility challenges faced by cities. The initiative provides a platform designed to enhance brand awareness, networking, funding opportunities, and wider learning for mobility-oriented startups. Early bird rates are available until 10 July.

The 2026 World Smart City Awards recognise and support innovative city projects and strategies that push urban transformation forward and deliver meaningful change for citizens. Applications must be submitted by 29 June.
