Eurobike has launched a benefits program, Retail First, which will make its debut at the 2026 edition, and which is tailored to specialist retailers, wholesalers and distributors in sectors including LEVs and micromobility, alongside traditional bicycle and sports segments.
The Retail First program has been established to provide a framework for an efficient and targeted trade fair visit.
Benefits include:
- Free admission on all Business Days (24 – 26 June 2026)
- Free use of public transport to and from the venue, within the Rhein-Main Transport network
- Vouchers for the DB Call a Bike bike-sharing system
- Access to lounges for relaxing and networking
- Snacks and drinks vouchers
- Personal support from Eurobike before, during, and after the event
- Free cloakroom storage and trade fair guide
- Participation in the business program for the trade sector (presentations, guided tours, and events)
- Further benefits, offers, and special promotions via email
Eligibility
Eurobike has outlined the parameters for those eligible to register for the program:
- Specialist retailers from the bicycle, sports, LEV, and micromobility industries. Related sports, such as outdoor sports, fitness, and trend sports, are included, as well as the sports fashion sector.
- Retailers (brick-and-mortar shops, department stores, chain stores, online and mail order retailers) with a clear connection to the industry.
- Wholesalers and foreign traders (purchasing groups, importers, exporters, and distributors) with a clear connection to the industry.
Membership of the program is free of charge, however the number of members is limited, and online prior registration is mandatory. The Eurobike organisers, Fairnamic, will review all applications and reserves the right to reject membership applications, and all applicants will receive an email confirming or rejecting their membership application.
Benefits outside of the event
The Retail First program also includes a new digital networking tool, which enables trade visitors to network with one another free of charge, all year round. Features include the ability to filer by industry, specific areas of interest, or function, enabling users to identify potential relevant business partners. Direct communication is possible via chat, allowing users to arrange appointments before, during and after Eurobike, and making the B2B networking process continuous, rather than being confined to the event days only.
