The annual POLIS conference, which gathers over 1,000 stakeholders to shape the future of regional sustainable mobility, will return to Brussels, Belgium, on 2-3 December 2026.
Following a record-breaking 2025 event, POLIS returns for 2026, as it opens calls for speakers, sponsors and exhibitors to participate.
Call for POLIS 2026 speakers
POLIS is inviting proposals for 37 priority topics, which focus on innovation, measurable results, and practical lessons learned across the following themes:

- Smart Mobility (5 topics)
- Safety & Security (4 topics)
- Access (8 topics)
- Governance & Integration (6 topics)
- Shared Mobility Services (2 topics)
- Urban Freight (4 topics)
The call for speakers closes on 24th April 2026.
