The LEVA-EU member that develops next-generation pedal-assisted vehicles has revealed its latest prototype, VIGOZ, an active vehicle that’s designed to reach speeds of up to 120 km/h. The announcement marks an exciting development in merging innovative design with advanced engineering in the micromobility sector.

The newly introduced prototype integrates technical, ergonomic, and usability considerations into a fresh vehicle architecture. Stakeholders and team members recently experienced the VIGOZ firsthand, from its physical design to its interactive user interface.

Meanwhile, development continues on the MULE 1, a fully operational high-performance test model that’s capable of reaching speeds of over 100 km/h.

    Next steps

According to CIXI, the upcoming phase will focus on combining the functional performance and production-ready aesthetics of both VIGOZ and MULE 1 prototypes into a single, fully functional vehicle.

Following this stage, the company plans to enter industrialization and certification, a process that includes scaling production, refining components, optimizing assembly, and ensuring long-term durability and reparability. The ultimate objective is to bring a certified fleet of CIXI vehicles to market through a subscription-based model, with widespread rollout expected in the coming years.

Pre-reservations will be available once delivery timelines are confirmed. Interested users are encouraged to join the VIGOZ Club for updates.

The company has credited its progress to the dedication and expertise of its team, emphasizing that the latest milestone would not have been possible without their collective efforts.
