The LEVA-EU member’s newest product, the Handcycle, is supporting British gold medal Paralympic cyclist Karen Darke MBE on a 9-day cycling trip in Northern Mongolia, as part of a Women on a Mission event, with a small team of riders who are cycling across one of the most remote frozen lakes in the world.
Darke’s enduring 9-day adventure will involve cycling 160 km across Mongolia’s Lake Khovsgol.
ICE Trikes will be sharing more updates from her trip as she puts the new handcycle through its paces.
The British brand has published the following review from Darke about its new Handcycle product page:
“ICE has created something remarkable with this handcycle. It is intuitive, versatile, and beautifully engineered. Designed for off-road adventure, it’s most at home on trails and paths, where its easy entry, adjustable crank and seat positions, and smooth power assist enable confident riding across terrain that would normally be out of reach. It gives the freedom to explore places in the style you choose.”
