As part of B Corp month, the LEVA-EU member explains that its journey to becoming a B Corp is part of an ongoing process in taking responsibility and improving its business impact as it aims to empower more riders with its inspired cycle engineering.

Being a B Corp enables ICE Trikes to improve its business practices with a framework that challenges the company to do better by measuring its impact.

The British trike brand has stated that becoming a B Corp isn’t an end goal, but part of a continuous journey to improve, as it takes ownership of its business impact on its people, community, and the environment. It believes positive development is achieved through respect and collaboration, with a drive to improve how it operates and what it makes, while sustaining the environment.

ICE Trikes employees were asked what being a B Corp means to them, to which they gave the following answers:

“That we are focused on trying to be a good, responsible business with a clear purpose that isn’t just about taking – but also giving back and making a positive difference in people’s lives,” says Adrian, the Managing Director of ICE Trikes.

“It feels good knowing the company is doing as much as it can to support the future,” says Dylan from ICE Trikes’ operations team.

The company acknowledges that it has more to do to improve continuously as it remains highly motivated in building a business it’s proud of, for today and the future.
