EIT Urban Mobility has issued an invitation to celebrate the future of sustainable mobility in Brussels in style. From 11 to 14 November, they’re literally rolling out the red carpet for the innovators, commuters, and changemakers driving the transition toward cleaner, smarter, and more connected cities.

Under the banner “Reimagining Mobility”, this creative public action will engage policymakers, media, and citizens to shine a spotlight on how sustainable transport can transform our urban spaces.

A Red Carpet for Mobility Champions

Imagine walking, cycling, riding or driving down a red carpet in the heart of Brussels — not for fame, but for the planet. Whether you arrive by light electric vehicle, bike, bus, tram, or on foot, you’ll be part of a unique moment celebrating green mobility choices.

Visitors can also test innovative solutions from EIT-supported startups, including:

• Electric cargo bikes
• Compact city EVs
• Shared micromobility options
• And other forward-thinking mobility tech

Each participant will have the chance to pose for photos and videos, helping spread the message that every sustainable journey matters.
