The LEVA-EU member has announced an initiative to support its dealers with in-store sales, by providing a special 1 year-service offer for customers.

The French brand strives to be a manufacturer that does more than just deliver bikes. It has recently introduced a service package to enable its dealers “to offer a complete, reassuring and differentiating solution”.

For every 3 NEOMOUV bikes on display, it will offer all customers the following for 1 year:

• Unlimited tube replacement
• Insurance (in partnership with Laka)
• Support (in partnership with Laka)

The offer is valid for all stores stocking NEOMOUV in France.
